Santhi School Of Nursing
Santhi school nursing was established on 01/01/2000 under Islamic welfare Trust Omassery. General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a 3-year course is recognized by Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC), Thiruvananthapuram. This course is started with the purpose of providing high quality of education and to build good nurses for our community.

- Duration: 3 year
- Annual Intake: 50 (10% is for male students as per Council instructions)
- Eligibility for admission : Eligibility for admission: 10+2 or equivalent examination with English as one subject, with a minimum of 40% marks. Science group with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology is preferable.
- Facilities
The institution and hostel building are located in the scenic, nature friendly and pollution free campus at Venappara, far from the noise and crowd of Omassery town.
We have a good infrastructure in academic and hostel premises. We have well furnished class rooms, Library, clinical lab for each subjects, auditorium, computer labs etc. We are conducting regular PTA meeting, mess and hostel meetings. Periodical examination, students well-fare activities, cultural activities moral classes and extracurricular activities are conducted. We have a good teaching faculty conducting the classes.

Message from Principal Santhi School of Nursing was established in the year 2000, under the support of Islamic Welfare Trust. Now, it’s the 25th batch running with sanction for intake of 50 students with highly qualified and efficient faculties. With immense pleasure I would like to mention that, Santhi School of Nursing is one of the best Nursing Educational Institutions providing high quality Nursing Education. Santhi School of Nursing is located in an Eco friendly, calm and noise free campus at Venappara, Omassery. The campus is ravishing and is surrounded by greenery. Nursing encompasses autonomous and collaborative care of individuals of all ages, sick or well in all settings. It is focused and based on sound scientific educational theory and practices. We ensure more practical sessions as well as theory and provide students with the skills, knowledge, efficiency and commitment to quality of care to become a registered nurse. We provide education in a range of settings and with different types of patients using many skills to lead their patients’ healthcare. Faculties are committed to ensure ethical and good moral values in our students. We focus not only in academic studies but also we uplift our students in co-curricular activities like sports and cultural activities.
